Responsibilities

Own HubSpot configuration, security, permissions, and governance
Design and maintain CRM data model, data quality, imports, and migrations
Architect and manage integrations, APIs, middleware, and tracking tools
Build and optimize workflows, automation, routing, SLAs, and lifecycle logic
Develop dashboards, reporting, forecasting, and attribution models
Provide technical support, admin training, and maintain documentation/SOPs

Required

5+ years of HubSpot or CRM administration experience

Excellent communication and documentation skills

Preferred

ERP or ecommerce integrations
Experience with Workato, Make, Zapier, or Boomi
B2B or manufacturing industry background
HubSpot certifications
