Effectively develop documentation, including the following:
RFP’s
Project schedules
Action items matrices
Meeting minutes and agendas
Deliver clear, concise project correspondence with close attention to detail
Properly identifying and following up on any outstanding tasks
Respond to client questions confidently and in a timely manner
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in construction, architecture, engineering, or a related field
3-5 Years of experience in construction, architecture, engineering, or a related field
Proficient in Microsoft Suite
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
Ability to read construction drawings
Preferred
Experience in Microsoft Project is a plus
