Responsibilities
Deploy, manage, and maintain cloud infrastructure across GCP, and Azure
Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform / OpenTofu / CloudFormation
Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitLab
Develop automation scripts (Python) for patching, scaling, and monitoring
Design and maintain self-healing systems for fault detection and recovery
Monitor performance, conduct capacity planning, and resolve bottlenecks
Implement backup and disaster recovery strategies
Perform security audits and vulnerability patching in compliance with FedRAMP, NIST, and government standards
Support staging and production environments with high availability and data integrity
Qualification
Required
6–8+ years of DevOps Engineering experience
Strong experience with GCP
Hands-on expertise with Docker, Kubernetes
Strong CI/CD pipeline experience
Infrastructure as Code using Terraform / OpenTofu
Scripting with Python
Experience supporting regulated or government workloads
Solid understanding of security and compliance frameworks
Preferred
Experience with FedRAMP / NIST compliance
Government or public sector project exposure
Strong documentation and cross-team collaboration skills
