Be the first support hire – Frontline for hundreds of new customers/month solving their #1 problem: hiring faster via AI recruiting marketplace
High-impact ownership – Lead real-time engagement (chat, Slack, email) + pipeline updates; deep product expertise shapes onboarding at startup velocity
Elite startup traction – Customer-obsessed culture ('We are the customer support team') shipping fast with extreme ownership and unmatched pace
Deep technical exposure – Work closely with GMs, Strategic Leads; build support processes shaping how AI transforms recruiting
