Responsibilities
Contribute to building brands from the ground up, refreshing existing brands, and bringing them to life through marketing and communications, web, digital products, people & culture, and experiences. Dig and research to fuel our thinking, including heavy desk research, field research, interviewing, and other forms of consumer research
Develop insights and write briefs for client and internal teams
Develop content for proposals, meetings, workshops, and final project output
Write brand narratives, brand platforms, brand messaging, and brand copy, for multiple channels
Contribute to original perspectives to support client work and agency thought-leadership
Create and participate in collaborative idea generation workshops with clients
Produce a stellar work product to the Envoy standard on-time, every time
Contribute to the Strategy team and broader agency
Track your time on projects and assorted other operational expectations
Represent Envoy and its values with professionalism, respect, and contagious enthusiasm
Qualification
Required
A flat-out love and recognized skill developing brands
An enthusiastic presenter with the ability to lead rooms of people to new places
Strong grasp of business, brand, marketing, and experience design principles
Growth mindset and the ambition to better yourself and the organization through daily learning and persistence
Pragmatic optimism with a focus on what can (and must) be done
