Responsibilities
Draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial lease agreements
Advise on acquisitions, dispositions, development, and financing of commercial properties
Represent franchisees in connection with franchise agreements, renewals, and transfers
Assist with asset acquisitions and related corporate matters tied to real estate transactions
Work directly with clients while collaborating with senior attorneys on complex deals
Qualification
Required
5–10 years of transactional real estate experience
Significant experience negotiating and drafting commercial leases
Excellent academic background and strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage matters independently with minimal supervision
Preferred
Prior work involving franchisee representation or franchise agreements
