Responsibilities
Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and story sizing
Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using Java and modern front-end frameworks
Implement and consume RESTful APIs supporting enterprise-scale systems
Ensure code adheres to cybersecurity, design, accessibility (508), and style standards
Produce clear technical documentation including design artifacts, unit tests, and code reviews
Support product evaluations and contribute to continuous improvement of application features
Collaborate with engineers, stakeholders, and product teams to deliver high-quality solutions
Qualification
Required
U.S. citizenship and eligibility to obtain a Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, or Computer Science from an ABET accredited or CAE designated institution. If the candidate does not have the required degree, 6 years' experience in a related field in addition to one of the following current certifications are required: Cloud+, GICSP, SSCP, Security+, GSEC, FITSP-O, GFACT, CASP+, CCNP Security, or CCSP
Minimum of 12 years of experience
Additional 4 years of experience with Full Stack Development, implementing and consuming RESTful APIs
At least 2 years' experience working on an Agile team and following Agile processes SCRUM and/or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
Solid Java 11+ skills and experience with EAP's (JBoss/Wildfly) and/or SpringBoot
Experience in building front-end application using Angular and JavaScript
Experience using relational and/or NoSQL database systems
Preferred
Experience developing enterprise-scale applications
Knowledge of Java EE design patterns and modern application architectures
Familiarity with Angular/JavaScript design patterns
Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
Experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS
Scripting experience with Bash or PowerShell
Python 3+ development experience
Experience designing or supporting microservices architectures
RESTful : 5 years (Required)
Agile scrum : 4 years (Preferred)
Java 11+ : 4 years (Preferred)
SpringBoot: 5 years (Preferred)
MongoDB : 5 years (Preferred)
NoSQL : 4 years (Preferred)
