The Customer Support Specialist will be the first support hire, leading real-time engagement and shaping onboarding processes to help customers hire faster through AI technology.

Responsibilities
Be the first support hire – Frontline for hundreds of new customers/month solving their #1 problem: hiring faster via AI recruiting marketplace
High-impact ownership – Lead real-time engagement (chat, Slack, email) + pipeline updates; deep product expertise shapes onboarding at startup velocity
Elite startup traction – Customer-obsessed culture ("We are the customer support team") shipping fast with extreme ownership and unmatched pace
Deep technical exposure – Work closely with GMs, Strategic Leads; build support processes shaping how AI transforms recruiting
Qualification
Required
3 - 8 yrs of total experience
Ability to engage with customers in real-time via chat, Slack, and email
Deep product expertise to shape onboarding processes
Experience in a customer support role within a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills to address customer hiring challenges
Ability to work closely with General Managers and Strategic Leads
Experience in building support processes
Understanding of AI technology and its application in recruiting
