Responsibilities
Utilize Navigator software to monitor and identify upcoming elevator inspections
Maintain accurate records of inspection due dates
Schedule inspections with elevator service providers
Communicate with customers to confirm appointment times and ensure minimal disruption to operations
Serve as the primary point of contact for scheduling-related inquiries
Ensure all inspections are completed within regulatory timelines
Update Navigator and internal systems as required
Provide timely updates to customers regarding scheduling changes or delays
Address customer concerns related to elevator service scheduling
Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Experience in scheduling is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Knowledge of elevator maintenance and inspection processes
Experience in customer service or administrative coordination roles
Familiarity with compliance regulations related to elevator safety
