Responsibilities
Supporting campaign execution in HubSpot: email workflows, nurture tracks, list management, and segmentation
Reviewing content assets (social, blog, gated content) and coordinating with agencies or freelance writers
Drafting and scheduling social media posts on LinkedIn and managing the content calendar
Creating and maintaining the internal content library and tagging assets by funnel stage, persona, and use case
Tracking campaign metrics in HubSpot and supporting regular reporting to help optimize future campaigns
Assisting with basic design needs (e.g. Canva), editing PowerPoint decks, and helping build case studies, FAQs, and competitive battlecards
Coordinating logistics and promo materials for conferences and event marketing
Helping organize and clean up CRM records, marketing files, and community reviews (G2, Capterra, Reddit, LinkedIn)
Supporting channel partners by producing and organizing co-branded sales/marketing content
Qualification
Required
2–3+ years of B2B marketing experience (bonus if in SaaS, supply chain, or ERP space)
Great communication and project coordination skills - you stay organized and follow through
Familiarity with HubSpot, Canva, LinkedIn, or the drive to learn fast
Strong editing instincts and the ability to spot and fix errors quickly
Comfort working on a remote, collaborative team that moves quickly
Preferred
Background in industrial verticals, ERP software, or partner/channel marketing
Experience supporting VARs, digital campaigns, or sales enablement
