Responsibilities
Define and execute a multi-year IT and digital transformation roadmap
Lead the end-to-end ERP migration to Microsoft Dynamics 365
Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales, and Operations to drive business value
Establish enterprise data strategy, analytics, and governance
Support PE value creation initiatives, scalability, and potential M&A activity
Oversee infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and third-party vendors
Qualification
Required
15+ years of progressive IT leadership experience
Proven ERP transformation experience, preferably D365
Strong background in data strategy, analytics, and modern platforms
Experience in PE-backed or transformation-driven environments
Must be based in California (or willing to relocate)
Preferred
Food & beverage, CPG, or manufacturing experience preferred
