$15/hr - $22/hrCHS Inc., a leading global agribusiness, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Packaging Associate to join the 2nd shift team at its sunflower processing facility in Fargo, ND. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient and safe packaging of sunflower products using automated equipment.

Responsibilities
Operate and monitor automated packaging equipment to ensure consistent product flow
Inspect packaged products for quality, proper labeling, and seal integrity
Perform routine equipment checks and report any malfunctions or safety concerns
Keep the packaging area clean and organized according to safety and sanitation standards
Accurately record production data and maintain necessary documentation
Assist with changeovers and line adjustments as needed
Follow all company safety, quality, and operational procedures
Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
Qualification
Required
Knowledge of Operations and/or Production Operations
Must meet minimum age requirement
Ability to lift 75 pounds
Ability to climb rail cars, ladders, stairs, and bins
Ability to work in dust and adverse weather conditions and temperatures
Preferred
Ability to operate machinery such as loaders, conveyors, tractors, and track mobile
Ability to work extended hours during peak seasons to meet business demands
High School diploma or GED preferred
CDL license or ability to attain one with Hazmat endorsement preferred
Agriculture experience preferred
Forklift certification preferred
