Operations Lead (HEOR Central Operations)

Responsibilities
Execute timely EXPERT Reviewer Assignments as requests are received
Monitor and follow up on EXPERT assignments to ensure accuracy and completion
Communicate effectively and broadly across multiple different stakeholders
Update and maintain Scientist/Reviewer profiles within EXPERT that leads to accurate distribution list
Validate links are active for PM Toolkit SharePoint site, work with the owners to ensure that the content of the pages has been updated on the most current processes
Review HOPR, EXPERT, MAC & LSCR Committee Pages on SharePoint to ensure that the links are active. Work with the committee chair to ensure that the content of the pages is accurate and that all the materials have been updated with the correct nomenclature and are ready for distribution
Create automation processes for request reviews to alert process owners and monitor request completion through automation
Identify areas of process improvements through additional automation implementations such as automated follow up communication to submitter and respondent, task completion requirements, etc
Identify and implement areas of improvements through automation in:
Scheduling meetings – Creation of automated email group
Taking minutes – utilization of co-pilot
Sending meeting wrap up with minutes – creating automation to send meeting notes following completion of meeting
Driving action items – utilizing Power Automate to create automated process flow that creates tasks for completion
Manage Playbook updates as needed for HEOR Central
Will create quick reference guides for automation process flows and job aids
Effectively manage upward, communicate cross-functionally, anticipate, and resolve issues with the team, execute change management, and ensure key documentation
Ensure compliance and appropriate policies and procedures for administration of key initiatives
Effectively document and communicate information in a clear, concise, and consistent manner
Apply critical thinking and technology aptitude to identify areas for automation utilization, new information, or scenarios to drive best practices in gathering, utilizing new data, solving problems, communication planning and continuous improvement
Ability to successfully work with little information in a complex environment
On time execution with speed, quality, and operational excellence
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in health-related field
3+ years experience working in healthcare, pharma regulated industry
2+ years in operations related role
Data Analytics Experience
Power Automate experience
Sharepoint experience
Preferred
Power BI experience
