Responsibilities
Plans and leads major technology assignments
Evaluates performance results and recommends major changes affecting short-term project growth and success
Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments
May supervise others
Qualification
Required
Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Shall possess a Master's degree with 8 years of related experience OR a Bachelor's degree with 10 years of related experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years
Security+ certification
Must have experience with the following principal technologies: Java, Java Persistence API (JPA), Java Web Services (JAX-RS), Java Cryptography Extension (JCE), Hibernate, Spring, JavaScript, Apache Ant, Apache HTTPD, and Apache Tomcat
Experience working with these Databases: Apache Solr, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and OracleDB
Proven experience working on these platforms: Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7, 8, and 9
Must have an understanding of FIPS mode, SELinux, firewall daemon (firewalld), file access policy daemon (fapolicyd), and basic system administration
Preferred
Proficient cloud computing experience
Proficient digital security experience
Knowledge of and experience with SQL
