This senior, hands-on leadership role involves overseeing complex industrial projects across the Mid-Atlantic and East Coast regions while ensuring safety and quality compliance.

Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate activities of trade and craft workers
Inspect work in progress and completed work to ensure compliance with specifications and drawings
Interpret blueprints, specifications, schedules, and job orders
Review and release shop and spool drawings
Monitor manpower, tools, materials, and inventory
Review weekly cost reports and identify cost-saving opportunities
Enforce safety standards, conduct audits, and hold teams accountable
Coach, train, and mentor field personnel to promote safe and productive work
Qualification
Required
10–15 years of experience as a Superintendent or Project Manager
Strong background in industrial construction, industrial piping, heavy mechanical, or MEP environments
Proven ability to lead field crews, manage schedules, and control project costs
Strong understanding of safety compliance and field operations
Willingness to travel on a rotational schedule
Preferred
College degree not required (preferred but not mandatory)
