Responsibilities
Partner closely with Ticket Sales & Service teams and other departments to design and implement strategic solutions, including data models and BI dashboards, that drive business performance and inform critical decisions
Support real-time and near real-time reporting use cases, including sales performance, ticketing activity, attendance, and gameday operations
Develop, document, and maintain SQL queries, views, and data models to support dashboards, reporting, and ad-hoc analysis
Design, build, and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and standardized reports that track KPIs and business performance across departments
Partner with BS&A leadership to help improve data availability, structure, privacy, and reliability within the data warehouse
Perform exploratory and diagnostic analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that inform decision-making
Serve as a key BS&A resource for CRM administration and reporting, supporting data quality, system configuration, and analytics use cases
Partner closely with Sales & Service teams to support CRM workflows, segmentation, performance tracking, and reporting
Act as an analytics partner to internal departments by translating business questions into data-driven solutions
Support departmental initiatives and projects by providing data extracts, analysis, dashboards, and insights
Present findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Continuously identify opportunities to improve analytics tools, processes, and methodologies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) with a consistent track record of professional and personal achievement
1-2 years of professional experience, preferably in a data analytics or CRM-focused role
Strong proficiency in SQL with experience querying and managing data in cloud data warehouses (Snowflake experience preferred)
Demonstrated ability to create effective data visualizations using BI tools (Tableau preferred)
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables, complex formulas, and data analysis functions
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders
Great interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to establish relationships and share findings with both technical and non-technical team members
An eye for the details because data quality is paramount
Analytical and problem-solving expertise that will help uncover and address inefficiencies
High tolerance for nuance with the ability to adapt quickly to changes in the business
Business literacy driven by the application of data and insights to drive strategy and results
Growth mindset
Entrepreneurial spirit that thrives in a high profile, small business, balancing multiple projects across different functions
