Responsibilities
Perform patient intake procedures including vital signs, health histories, documentation updates, and preparation for provider examinations
Administer medications, immunizations, and treatments within scope and according to clinic protocols and patient safety guidelines
Complete point of care testing, collect and package laboratory specimens, and ensure accurate documentation in the electronic health record
Assist with minor procedures, wound care, and diagnostic preparation while maintaining a clean and organized clinical environment
Support care coordination by reinforcing provider instructions, scheduling follow up needs, and communicating changes in patient condition to the care team
Maintain inventory, restock supplies, and ensure exam rooms and equipment are prepared to support efficient primary care operations
Qualification
Required
LPN licensure in the state of practice
Experience in a clinical setting, preferably in primary care
Ability to perform patient intake procedures including vital signs and health histories
Knowledge of medication administration, immunizations, and treatments
Experience with point of care testing and laboratory specimen collection
Strong communication skills for care coordination and patient interaction
Ability to maintain accurate documentation in electronic health records
Experience assisting with minor procedures and wound care
Ability to maintain a clean and organized clinical environment
Skills in inventory management and supply restocking
