Responsibilities
Lead new features and technologies within the Better Together Connectivity domain with a focus on XR experiences along with proposing long term technical strategy
Design, implement and maintain Android Connectivity stack
Collaborate with both internal, external and partner teams to refine and define the Bluetooth stack and scaling it to the industry
Work on the leading edge Bluetooth technologies, deeper integration into android system with a focus on XR platforms and help scale that across all of Android
Lead and influence the design of the android platform stack and influence it’s design across first-party and third-party products
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
5 years of experience with software development in Java and C++
3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products, and 1 year of experience with large-scale application design and architecture
3 years of experience with Android application development
Preferred
Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field
5 years of experience with data structures and algorithms
1 year of experience in a technical leadership role
Experience developing accessible technologies
