Mid LevelSWITS DIGITAL Private Limited is seeking an Automation Engineer with strong experience in test automation and Android systems. The role involves designing, developing, and executing automated test solutions to ensure the quality and performance of software applications while collaborating with development teams to enhance automation frameworks.

Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web, mobile, and system-level testing
Identify opportunities to replace or enhance manual testing with automation
Execute automated test suites and analyze results to identify defects and gaps
Debug and optimize automation scripts and frameworks
Collaborate closely with development teams to resolve issues and improve product quality
Contribute to product design and architecture reviews with a focus on testability
Develop and maintain reusable automation frameworks and components
Improve and manage test infrastructure, labs, and environments
Ensure test scripts stay up to date as features and platforms evolve
Document test procedures, scenarios, and automation best practices
Qualification
Required
Strong expertise in Python for test automation
Experience with mobile devices including phones, tablets, watches, and earbuds (hardware & software stack)
Solid understanding of Android Operating System features
Knowledge of Android CI/CD/CT pipelines
Experience managing test setups, labs, and environments
Strong communication skills and ability to work in Agile teams
