Responsibilities
Contribute to the development of technical proposals to meet antibody development goals
Translate technical proposals to actionable directives and manage the data flow
Schedule project directives to maximize productivity within the labs
Provide technical direction to the development labs
Utilize technical skills to troubleshoot and adjust projects to achieve technical goals
Collaborate with the technical team to help develop processes to enhance capabilities
Work closely with the Commercial team and customers in the execution of project proposals
Qualification
Required
Experience in project management, particularly in antibody development projects
Technical skills relevant to antibody development and laboratory processes
Ability to translate technical proposals into actionable directives
Strong scheduling and organizational skills to maximize productivity
Experience in providing technical direction to lab staff
Ability to troubleshoot and adjust projects to achieve technical goals
Collaboration skills to work with technical teams and commercial teams
