Responsibilities
Build email campaigns using marketing automation and personalization platforms
Edit and troubleshoot design and code during the proofing process across design and deployment platforms
Ensure all work aligns with brand guidelines and style conventions
Partner with Email Marketing teams to understand deployment schedules and campaign requirements
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality output
Stay current on email marketing best practices, ESP capabilities, and emerging technologies
Provide creative and innovative solutions to improve campaign performance
Participate in ongoing process improvements and adapt to evolving business needs
Qualification
Required
3–5+ years of experience in digital design and email development
Bachelor's degree in Design, Media Arts, or a related field
Strong portfolio showcasing digital and email design work
Proficiency with email service providers (ESP) and personalization tools
Familiarity with data integrations and APIs
Experience building triggered, transactional, and journey-based email campaigns
Advanced skills in design and development tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Dreamweaver (or similar coding tools), CMS platforms, and project management tools
Strong knowledge of AMPscript, HTML/CSS, and JavaScript
Detail-oriented, efficient, and creatively driven problem-solver
Self-starter who can work independently with minimal guidance
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external vendors
Experience working in e-commerce or retail environments
Preferred
Video editing or animation experience
