Own onboarding and success for landlords, driving lease-ups and operational excellence with high-stakes relationships
Work closely with vendors, tenants, engineering, and off-shore support while simplifying complex workflows on the phone
Coordinate launches and drive product/process improvements
Qualification
Required
2 - 4 yrs of total experience
Experience in customer success or client management roles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage high-stakes relationships
Experience in a fast-paced startup environment
Familiarity with SaaS products and technology
Problem-solving skills and ability to simplify complex workflows
Preferred
Experience in the proptech or real estate industry
Knowledge of AI-driven technologies
Experience with onboarding processes
Ability to work with cross-functional teams
