The role involves assembling electronic and mechanical parts, wiring electronic components, and ensuring quality through inspection and documentation.
Responsibilities
Assembly Of Electronic And Mechanical Parts, Wiring OF ELECTRONIC COMPONENTS
ASSEMBLY OF BASIC AND INTRICATE ELECTRO-MECHANICAL PARTS, PRINTED WIRING BOARDS, REPAIRS, AND COMPLEX WIRING
UTILIZE PRODUCTION DOCUMENTS (ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS, ASSEMBLY DRAWINGS, ASSEMBLY PARTS LISTS, ETC.), PRODUCTION FORMS, AND PRODUCTION TOOLS
PREPARE MATERIAL BY STUDYING ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS, PARTS LISTS, AND GATHERING TOOLS
SOLDER AND INSPECT SOLDER CONNECTIONS TO IPC INDUSTRY STANDARDS
MAINTAINS A WORK AREA AND EQUIPMENT IN A CLEAN AND ORDERLY CONDITION AND FOLLOWS SAFETY REGULATIONS
COMPLETES PRODUCTION AND QUALITY DOCUMENTATION, AS REQUIRED
WORK INDEPENDENTLY IN A TEAM ORIENTED ENVIRONMENT WITH A POSITIVE ATTITUDE TO ACHIEVE GOALS
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
Detail Oriented
Must have manual dexterity in order to assemble products as directed
Must have excellent hand-eye coordination
Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time
Ability to utilize respirators and other PPE as required
Preferred
Ipc J-std-001 Certification
Solder Experience
Prior Work Experience in Manufacturing Setting
