Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across assigned regions and industries
Maintain and grow strong relationships with current customers, contractors, utilities, and industrial partners
Conduct on-site customer visits to assess needs, present capabilities, and support job walk-throughs when required
Prepare and deliver customer proposals, quotes, pricing packages, and service agreements
Professionally represent HydroExcavators at meetings, trade shows, industry events, and networking functions
Maintain accurate CRM records, customer interactions, sales pipelines, and forecasting reports
Collaborate closely with Operations, Safety, and Leadership teams to ensure customer expectations and project requirements are clearly communicated
Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction and proper follow-through
Develop a strong understanding of HydroVac operations, equipment capabilities, and service offerings
Travel in-state and out-of-state as business needs require
Must be willing to work flexible hours based on customer and operational demands
Perform other related duties as assigned

Required

High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong understanding of industrial services, utilities, or construction (preferred)

Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM tools
Strong problem-solving ability and customer-centric mindset
Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain an acceptable driving record

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
