Responsibilities
Own the monthly reporting and analysis process—variance analysis, reconciliations, and dashboards for management and investors
Build and maintain dynamic financial models that track burn rate, cash flow, and key operating metrics
Partner with R&D, Operations, Quality/Regulatory and G&A departments to support budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning
Lead board and investor reporting preparation, turning data into actionable insights
Support system improvements (NetSuite, Power BI, Excel) and help optimize expense and inventory processes
Collaborate with our accounting partners to ensure audit readiness, accurate close, and compliance with GAAP/IFRS
Analyze performance of new initiatives and strategic opportunities to guide decision-making
Qualification
Required
5+ years of FP&A or financial analysis experience, ideally in a startup or med-tech/life sciences company
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA, CMA, or CFA a plus)
Expert in Excel and financial modeling—three-statement modeling experience required
Proficient with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, other)
Solid understanding of GAAP/IFRS and internal financial controls
Excellent communicator who can translate complex data into clear insights
