Analyze insurance policies and advise on complex coverage issues across personal, commercial, liability, property, professional liability, excess, and reinsurance matters
Draft detailed coverage opinions and provide claims-handling guidance
Defend carriers in coverage litigation, bad faith, and declaratory judgment actions
Manage caseload with partner support, including appeals, arbitrations, and mediations
Handle depositions, discovery, strategy, motions, and trial preparation
Qualification
Required
