Operations & Event Administration Coordinator
Organizational Services, Inc. (OSI) is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Operations & Event Administration Coordinator to support the administrative and logistical functions of their meetings and events team. This role is critical for ensuring smooth registration processes, accurate financial tracking, and efficient office operations.

Responsibilities
Prepare and issue invoices for registration fees and related event services
Manage and maintain registration platforms (e.g., Cvent, Google Workspace tools, vFairs, and similar systems)
Process client and internal reimbursements in a timely and accurate manner
Track and manage flight and travel details for clients and internal staff
Maintain organized records and tracking spreadsheets for registrations, payments, and travel
Provide general office management support, including coordination of supplies, documentation, and administrative processes
Assist with additional event logistics and administrative tasks as needed
Qualification
Required
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working with multiple systems and learning new platforms
Self-motivated, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities
Friendly, bubbly personality with a positive, team-oriented attitude
Thrives in fast-moving, deadline-driven environments
Preferred
Experience with event registration platforms (Cvent, vFairs, or similar)
Background in event planning, operations, or administrative support
Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
