Responsibilities
Maintain job postings on career websites and within our recruitment system, Greenhouse
Partner with Recruiters to organize high-volume phone and video interviews for our Intern, New Grad, and Sales Development candidates
Collaborate closely with interviewers to create a positive and welcoming candidate experience during interview sessions
Gather and synthesize valuable feedback from interviewers to continually enhance our selection process
Assist in the creation, logistics, and shipping of promotional items and MongoDB materials for strategic events, including those related to Early Talent and Recruiting Events
Support the planning and scheduling of on-site events during the fall, spring, and summer
Coordinate and schedule pre-program training and events, such as Interview Training, Open House, and Summits
Ensure a seamless candidate experience through timely communication and updates throughout the interview process
Manage travel arrangements for out-of-town candidates when necessary
Support the creation, logistics, and shipping of candidate 'keep warm' strategy materials
Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for candidates, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization
Coordinate the ordering of materials for welcome packages and organize shipping logistics
Distribute and collect surveys to gather valuable feedback and insights
Contribute to the successful execution of all programming events across Summer Internship Program, New Grad Rotational, and Sales Academy, including planning and organizing, scheduling and communications
Be adaptable and assist with diverse projects as needed, contributing to the overall success of our Early Talent Programs
Qualification
Required
1-2 years of related experience in program coordination, recruitment, or a similar administrative role
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of creating clear, professional materials
Detail-oriented with an ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Ability to navigate ambiguity, solve problems, and proactively address challenges
Strong research skills
Preferred
Canva experience is a plus!
