Responsibilities
Own and ship major product features end-to-end
Build & maintain enterprise integrations (ServiceNow, Snowflake, Databricks, etc.)
Write backend services, APIs, data pipelines
Work on intelligent system components (reasoning, retrieval, orchestration)
Collaborate in small team - high ownership, fast shipping
Occasionally handle platform/infra tasks to unblock progress
Qualification
Required
6+ years backend engineering - Golang/Python
Enterprise B2B SaaS experience (not consumer)
Strong preference for data/analytics, BI, data infrastructure, or integration platforms
Startup / early-growth background (ideally <100 people when joined)
Solid tenure & progression (no pattern of very short stints)
Strong fundamentals: APIs, services, data pipelines, distributed systems
