Responsibilities
Prepare participants for leadership roles by providing hands-on experience in various manufacturing functions
Collaborate cross functionally to help identify and define production related issues and work to provide solutions
Ensure compliance with and enforce EHS policies and procedures
Qualification
Required
Candidate must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Business Management, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or similar from an accredited institution
Minimum completion of Sophomore level coursework from an accredited institution with a current cumulative G.P.A. of 3.0 or higher
Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position
This position entails access to export-controlled items and employment offers are conditioned upon an applicant's ability to lawfully obtain access to such items

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent analytical skills
Ability to work in a self-directed or team environment
Strong organizational skills
Basic knowledge of investment casting manufacturing process a plus
Relevant internship/work/research experience a plus
Comfortable with exposure to a manufacturing environment
