Intern - Human Resources
COPT Defense Properties is seeking an Intern to support the Benefits and Wellbeing function within the HR team. The role involves various administrative tasks, including communicating with employees about their benefits, generating reports, managing documents, and assisting with recruitment and special projects.

Responsibilities
Perform general administrative duties, including such activities (but not limited to): distributing mail, scanning and saving documents in electronic folders, reviewing and sorting Excel reports, preparing Commitment Award letters and certificates
Assist with communications, preparations, and planning efforts for Company events (e.g., Wellbeing Fair, Anniversary Celebration, Holiday Party, C3 events)
Assist as needed with special projects or peak time assistance. Partner with team members to learn job responsibilities
Other job-related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Rising junior or senior majoring in a relevant field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and Outlook) and ability to learn company specific software
Strong analytical, technical, interpersonal and communication skills required
