NEOGOV is looking for Temp-Seasonal Golf Maintenance Workers to join the City of Spokane's golf courses team, contributing to an amazing golf experience. The role involves performing semi-skilled maintenance and operation activities related to the golf courses, including mowing, edging, and course watering under general supervision.

Responsibilities

Mowing, edging, sweeping, raking cutting cups, and raking bunkers, and course watering
Ability to understand and follow oral and/or written instructions
Ability to communicate effectively with tact
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with supervisors, other staff members and the general public
Ability to perform tasks requiring moderate levels of physical labor, potentially under unfavorable weather conditions
Ability to safely operate equipment around the public, co-workers and adjacent homeowners, where applicable
Performs related work as required

Required

High school diploma or equivalent
One (1) year of experience in grounds work or general laborer experience
Must be 18 years old to apply
Driver's License required
Must be able to pass criminal background check
Must be able to pass a physical and 50 lb. lift test
Must be willing to work weekends and early mornings
