Responsibilities
Translate business requirements and goals into innovative AEM-based solutions as well as other systems for other clients
Responsible for technical requirements documentation and ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with project objectives
Provide expert guidance to the team on assigned projects, steeped in best practices and driving technical excellence within AEM and backend integrations
Guide implementation of personalization and content delivery experiences
Ensures solutions meets privacy and consent, security and data handling, and legal and regulatory compliance
Acts as the technical bridge between client, marketing, account, UX, strategy, delivery teams, vendor partners
Supports project teams through discovery, solution design, estimates and planning, UAT and go-live readiness
Qualification
Required
6+ years of experience in software engineering
6+ years of experience in design and implementation of Adobe Experience Manager Cloud and Adobe CQ 5.5, CQ 5.6 and AEM 6.5
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or related field
Led technical discussions with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Omni-channel experience and personalization journeys
Proficiency with modern web technologies such Vue, Angular, React/Next.js, and cloud-based services
Developer skills in programming languages, such as JavaScript ES6, Node.js, Ruby, .Net, Python, and CI/CD pipelines, CDN, dispatcher, and caching strategies
Adobe Certified expert, AEM, AEM Cloud, Integrations of Adobe tools such as Adobe Analytics, Target, Campaign, Tag Management
Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills
Deep understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices
Excellent documentation, and functional requirements documentation and workflows
