Responsibilities

Oversee all financial activities, including accounting systems, cash management, and compliance for multiple operating entities
Manage advanced real estate platforms (Yardi, MRI) implement new modules, and maintain accurate records
Lead receivables/payables, collections, vendor payments, and reconciliations
Monitor banking activity, execute wires and recurring payments, and perform monthly reconciliations
Coordinate capital calls, distributions, and reporting to stakeholders
Oversee payroll processes and inter-entity allocations
Deliver timely financial reporting, close processes, and support external accountants
Prepare budgets, forecasts, and performance analyses
Manage contract and loan data, support transactions, and coordinate with external partners

Required

7+ years' experience in multi-entity financial management, with deep expertise in modern accounting platforms
Strong understanding of real estate accounting principles and industry regulations
Proficiency with real estate software (e.g., Yardi, MRI) and advanced Excel skills
Experience in property accounting, construction accounting, or development
Track record in complex portfolio oversight and stakeholder reporting
Strong grasp of contracts, reconciliations, and entity-level accounting
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive approach
Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills
