Budgeting, Forecasting & Business Partnering
Cash Flow, Working Capital & Banking
Manage cash forecasting, AP/AR oversight, and working capital optimization
Internal Controls, Audit, and Compliance
Own the monthly close process (journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, variance analysis)
ERP / Systems Ownership & Process Improvement
Produce accurate financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and management reporting
Qualification
Required
Must be local and willing to work from the office
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
7+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, with significant time in manufacturing
Demonstrated expertise in cost accounting and inventory controls
Demonstrated expertise in month-end close and financial reporting
Demonstrated expertise in budgeting/forecasting and operational analytics
Demonstrated expertise in ERP-based accounting environments
Own the monthly close process (journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, variance analysis)
Produce accurate financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and management reporting
Preferred
CPA and/or CMA strongly preferred
Prior experience as a Controller, Plant Controller, or Senior Finance Manager preferred
