Lead and develop a multi-location accounting team through a period of change and growth
Oversee monthly close, consolidations, financial reporting, and internal controls
Strengthen processes, implement structure, and build scalable financial foundations
Drive ERP modernization and support additional automation initiatives
Partner with leadership on reporting, KPIs, and acquisition integrations
Ensure strong financial discipline across systems
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Controller or senior accounting leader
Strong communication, leadership presence, and ability to influence at all levels
Hands-on operator with a builder mindset—comfortable in evolving environments
Experience leading ERP implementations
Ability to manage risk, think critically, and introduce best‑in‑class practices
