Responsibilities
Own delivery execution for all Dynamics 365 F&O engagements across the U.S
Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with exceptional quality
Act as the executive escalation point for complex delivery and client challenges
Build, coach, and lead high-performing F&O delivery teams (PMs, Architects, Functional Leads)
Standardize delivery methodology, governance, and best practices across the practice
Guide solution design and implementation approach for complex F&O programs
Partner with Sales to ensure delivery-ready scopes, plans, and expectations
Qualification
Required
10+ years of Dynamics AX / Dynamics 365 F&O experience
Proven success leading large-scale, multi-workstream F&O implementations
Experience in a Dynamics partner or consulting environment
Strong understanding of finance, supply chain, and manufacturing modules
Ability to lead distributed teams and multiple programs simultaneously
