Responsibilities
Design, install, and support secure VoIP and vIPer phone systems
Coordinate SCIF and closed-area telecom infrastructure with stakeholders
Perform vIPer phone configuration, keying, software upgrades, and installs
Monitor and manage secure rekey operations
Troubleshoot secure voice connectivity and protocols
Maintain strict accountability of COMSEC materials and equipment
Serve as Primary or Alternate COMSEC Custodian
Conduct COMSEC inventories, reconciliations, backups, and audits
Use and maintain fill devices (KIK, SKL, SDS)
Develop runbooks and SOPs for secure voice and COMSEC operations
Train partner teams on secure voice support procedures
Coordinate with internal and external teams on information security requirements
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience as a COMSEC Custodian (Primary or Alternate)
Hands-on experience with vIPer phone implementation and support
Bachelor's degree in a STEM-related field
Ability to work in classified and secure environments
