5+ years expID Technology is seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to join their team. In this role, you will promote increased aftermarket profitability through data analysis, reporting tool development, and administrative support.

Responsibilities
Analyze data and prepare action-oriented reports with the purpose of identifying relationships, trends, and profit enhancing opportunities
Develop and administer a variety of daily, weekly, and monthly reporting tools
Develop and maintain dashboards and other analytic tools for internal stakeholders
Present analytic findings and make recommendations to various stakeholder groups
Interface and act as a finance-related resource for internal company departments and external Stakeholders (e.g. Sales, Manufacturing, Aftermarket, Service, Purchasing, Engineering, Customers, and Suppliers), to address and resolve inquiries and problems
Streamline accounting and finance processes, including monthly reporting, reconciliation processes, and month end procedures
Provide month end close support through analyzing current P&L and Balance Sheet detail, generating support for journal entries, and updating month end reports
Assist in Intercompany and Intracompany Eliminations and Consolidations
Support the sales commission process through analysis
Develop and maintain monthly sales forecasting
Assisting with quarterly forecast and annual budget processes
Update and distribute monthly financial reports to key stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics or similar field of study
5+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and modeling, strong background in data analytics preferred
Proficiency in MS Excel, Conditional Logic, SQL Query Writing, and Quantitative Statistical Techniques
Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or a similar BI Analytics tool
Ability to think both critically and creatively to problem solve and make connections between business data and business operations
Ability to function independently and balance multiple priorities simultaneously
Strong verbal and e-mail communication skills
Ability to travel as needed (15%)
