Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Direct, coach, and mentor a team of electrical and mechanical technicians. You’ll be responsible for their development, utilizing our performance management systems to help them level up
Operational Excellence: Manage work orders and schedule tasks to ensure 100% support of plant operations. You’ll inspect work in progress to ensure it meets our high standards for craftsmanship
Strategic Planning: Identify equipment upgrades and process improvements to drive production efficiency and cost savings
Safety & Compliance: Serve as a champion for safety and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices). Ensure all work meets state, federal, and food safety/sanitation requirements
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between Maintenance and Production to ensure seamless communication and minimal downtime
Qualification
Required

A deep understanding of electrical and mechanical servicing within a manufacturing environment
The ability to manage inventories, supply chains, and staffing levels effectively
A knack for breaking down complex technical issues for non-technical stakeholders
