Responsibilities
Lead the COMSEC program for the site, retrieve keys and devices, primary POC for COMSEC inspections
Use of standard requirements definition processes for new and/or expanded projects
Identify and manage risks on new and existing projects
Conduct trades studies on new technologies for ground system architecture, specifically Crypto gear
Participate in, and sometimes lead meetings, reviews, and working groups with external customers and internal teams
Work with project management teams to monitor progress and implementation of initiatives
Work with cyber team to ensure network security requirement are addressed
Configure, install and test new equipment on the existing architecture
Troubleshoot problems with the ground system and work with Operations to address rectify the issue
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or related field, and 8 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum of 5 years' experience with satellite command and control systems including ground antennas
Minimum of 3 years' experience with cryptographic equipment and networks
Must have the capability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance
