Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models with a strong focus on performance, scalability, usability, and data accuracy
Build and optimize data models, DAX measures, and Power Query transformations to support efficient analytics
Write and optimize SQL queries and data transformations to ensure high performing datasets
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, designers, and QA to translate business requirements into clear reporting solutions
Continuously evaluate and adopt new Power BI features, BI tools, and best practices to improve data quality and performance
Participate in sprint planning, daily stand ups, code reviews, and other Agile ceremonies
Contribute to ongoing improvements in reporting standards, performance optimization, and BI workflows
Qualification
Required
1 to 3 years of hands on experience in Business Intelligence, data analytics, or reporting roles with a strong focus on Power BI
Experience using Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, DAX, and Power Query
Strong working knowledge of SQL for querying, transforming, and optimizing data
Proven ability to optimize report and dataset performance, including DAX and data model optimization
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
Preferred
Experience with Git based version control, CI/CD pipelines, or BI deployment workflows
Exposure to Agile development environments and cross functional collaboration
Experience contributing to data model design, reporting standards, or BI best practices
Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
