Responsibilities
Facilitate workshops to capture risk profiles, objectives, and requirements
Translate needs into optimised systems and process design
Drive implementation of reinsurance solutions across business units
Align with internal client teams in finance, ops, IT and beyond
Monitor industry trends, ensuring clients stay ahead of change
Qualification
Required
5+ years in reinsurance, with some consulting experience (preferably ceded/outward reinsurance)
A degree in finance, business, economics or similar; MBA a plus
Strong process design, stakeholder and change management experience
Clear, confident communication and client-handling skills
Comfort managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
