Case Specialist Floater
SelectQuote Insurance Services is dedicated to helping customers protect their loved ones through insurance solutions. The Case Specialist Floater role involves providing vital customer service by managing high volumes of calls to assist clients with their insurance needs and ensuring the underwriting process is completed efficiently.

Responsibilities
Manage a consistently high volume of outbound and inbound calls per day
Utilize email and text regularly in order to maximize contact with clients
Retrieve outstanding underwriting and delivery requirements from customers while answering any customer service related questions during phone-calls
Work with carriers as needed
Ability to handle customer objections or complaints
Educate consumers on the underwriting process around documents and requirements needed to assist carriers in approving their life insurance policies
Knowledge of each carrier’s guidelines when discussing delivery deadlines and
Ability to understand and discuss sensitive client information including medical financial and lifestyle information
Meet and exceed production and goals
Build an understanding of other department functions thus being able to correctly identify a course of action for a case
Progressively over time demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of the term life insurance application process
Ongoing training critical thinking ability to give and receive constructive criticism
Participation in ongoing team training
Qualification
Required
