Provide enterprise-level application and end-user support
Troubleshoot issues and manage incident/service requests

Ensure system security and IT best practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in IT or 10 years equivalent experience
5+ years of IT application development or enterprise support experience
Experience with ALM (Bitbucket, Polarion) and Simulation tools (Altair, ABAQUS, MSC, LMS)
Windows 11 and basic networking knowledge
Preferred
Manufacturing or automotive environment exposure preferred
PowerShell/Batch scripting a plus
