Responsibilities
Enable clients for trading across platforms for Global Banking & Market Solutions products
Support trade execution and provide client support
Provide front-line support for client inquiries
Produce reports for limit monitoring and control reporting
Support audits and controls reviews, providing necessary documentation and data
Escalate issues in line with internal risk and escalation frameworks
Support the implementation of technology solutions to improve efficiency
Help maintain internal controls and visibility
Work with teams across the organization including Legal, Compliance, Tech, Risk, and Operations
Support the Sales and Traders in their daily activities
Assist in user acceptance testing for system enhancements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree and 1 years of experience in middle office OR High School Diploma or GED and 5 years of experience in middle office
Preferred
Foreign exchange product expertise
Financial systems and platforms
Regulatory reporting and compliance
Data analysis and reconciliation
Analytical skills - business
