Responsibilities
Supporting a team with daily operations, coordination, or administrative tasks
Assisting with customer, agent, or internal communications
Helping gather, organize, and document information to support business processes
Participating in project-based work and job-shadowing opportunities
Learning how different teams work together to support customers and the UniGroup network
Qualification
Required
18 years of age or older
Currently enrolled in a college, university, or certification program (sophomore level or higher preferred)
Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn
Ability to work in a hybrid, team-based environment
Interest in business, logistics, operations, customer experience, or related fields
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis
