The IT Retail & Logistics Intern will gain hands-on experience by supporting the IT Retail & Logistics Product Owner and the IT Development team in optimizing business processes within retail and supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders across different departments to support ongoing and upcoming IT projects

Work closely with IT, business units, and external vendors to understand requirements and contribute to solutions that align with business objectives

Collaborate with team members to create flow charts, process diagrams, and other visual aids to clarify workflows and business processes

Support the testing phase of IT initiatives by assisting in creating test plans, participating in user acceptance testing (UAT), and documenting results

Identify opportunities for process improvement and help implement solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the Retail and Logistics departments

Provide general administrative and project support as needed to ensure the smooth execution of projects

Required

Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

Strong interest in retail, logistics, and IT

Basic knowledge of business analysis techniques, such as requirements gathering and process mapping

Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, or similar for creating flow charts and diagrams

Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing

Proactive and eager to learn, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Preferred

Familiarity with testing methodologies and creating test plans is a plus, but not required
