This role includes hands-on inspections, precision testing, documentation, and partnership with production teams to support continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Perform in-process and final product inspections at designated stations
Conduct destructive laminated glass testing following established standards
Use precision measurement tools including gauges, micrometers, and LCR meters
Document inspection findings, test data, and quality results accurately
Analyze quality metrics and support root cause investigations
Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes
Train team members on quality standards and proper equipment use
Maintain a safe work environment and follow all safety procedures

Qualification

Required

High school diploma or equivalent required
Proficiency with inspection tools (tape measure, calipers, LCR meter)
Basic understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS)
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and measurement instructions
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite and Human Machine Interfaces (HMIs)

Preferred

Background in electronics, glass manufacturing, or precision manufacturing preferred
