This role is for a docket handling lawyer who can handle all aspects of defense litigation from answer to jury verdict
Drafting pleadings, motions, and other court-related documents
Reporting effectively, timely, and professionally to clients
Sending and responding to discovery, including coordination with clients to obtain relevant responsive documents and information
Conducting legal research on a variety of issues relevant to insurance defense litigation
Preparing for and attending depositions, hearings, site inspections, and mediations
Active participation in all aspects of litigation management
Bill in accordance with the ABA's A/L Uniform Litigation Code Set
Qualification
Required
4-6 years of insurance defense experience
